Connect * Journal * Get Re-Energized
Studies prove that journaling reduces stress, promotes well-being and boosts the immune system.
We are in the midst of a crisis unprecedented in our lifetimes. Such a crisis creates a sense of chaos as our lives get turned upside down. Opportunity also lies within such a crisis, as long as we commit to doing the work to seize the moment.
Give yourself the gift of this opportunity by practicing self-reflection and mindfulness as a way of navigating these uncertain times with more grace and ease.
Join me and fellow journalers for a Virtual Journal Jam. Enjoy camaraderie with like minded people, gain inspiration to elevate your practice (or start), enjoy focused time to write in your journal and take control of the only thing you can – your own thinking.
Participants reported –
“I feel re-energized and grounded from participating in the Journal Jam”
“One unintended benefit of the workshop was that I felt contentment and peace afterwards- like I had just given my brain a deep tissue massage.”
“It is a great release”
“I feel like having to write out thoughts is a great way to get ourselves to think about the situation around us.”
“This was great”
During the Journal Jam you will:
- Have time to connect with others because building social bonds is so important
- Receive Journaling Prompts to inspire self-reflection and intention setting
- Have time to write in your journal and enjoy stillness
- Have time to set intentions for how you will integrate your reflections into your day-to-day life right now
We all want to show up and give our best during this time of unprecedented need and uncertainty. Journaling is an exceptional gift you can give yourself to be at your best right now.
How are you going to show up during this crisis?
No previous journaling experience needed. Just have a journal (analog or digital) ready and a willingness to dig in.
