The Challenge – Recent organizational growth posed some challenges for the staff to effectively and efficiently fulfill their job responsibilities. The team needed to build a mutual understanding of what they were working towards.
Services Provided – With the involvement of key staff we designed and facilitated a three hour strategic planning mini-retreat with staff. We administered a pre-meeting questionnaire to gather feedback and begin the engagement of team members. We also provided a final report including notes from the session and an analysis.
The Results – The process and activities helped staff to gain clarity and a shared understanding of their purpose, challenges and opportunities. In addition, we were able to help them identify specific actions to take to create positive change towards meeting their needs.
